Hi all,

One out of my four voice preview editions all of a sudden stopped working. No lights, it is unavailable in Home Assistant, and when I plug it in, my computer does not see the device as an option to even reflash the firmware. But when I plug in my other functioning VPE's my computer sees those just fine. Before I submit an RMA or warranty request, I wanted to check to see if there's anything else I should do besides what I have already attempted:

press and held the center button for 30 seconds.
tried to reflash the firmware but the device doesn't even show up when I go to attempt to reflash the firmware.

Tried diff cable/psu?

Yes on both.

#

I can also plug in a different vpe and no issues with the same cables.

1 more thing to try, can you press and hold the reset button while connecting to flash? when connected, then release. It will enter bootloader mode as far as i know
