I have just received my ZWA-2 and tried to install it on my HA Green. The installation was successful, but it asked me to update the firmware. After the update, everything went offline, including the LED.
I tried to reinstall the device, but kept getting an error message from the Z-Wave add-on saying it was not possible to add the device.
I've read some reports suggesting that I should perform a factory reset and try again, but as I've already removed the device from HA, I can't do this via software. Does anyone know how to perform a factory reset using the physical button?
Has anyone had the same problem?
