the aqara components are using often CR2450 but varta or others I tested, don't really fit like the batteries which have been delivered with the product. They are to loose, do you know what vendor das fitting batteries?

I thought they were using cr2032 (but then I only have their temp sensors)
Generally the first two numbers specify the diameter and the other two the thickness of the cell

same issue here, batteries from motion detectors are 2450 and open/close or temperature sensors have the 2032

Interesting, could you measure one of those batteries that fit vs one that doesn't of those with the same identifier

didged the old one, but i am going to order new 2450 batt sensors from Ali BahBah, can and will measure then. Maybe Stephan has the old one. I solved it by taping the batt inside, but it is a pain in the *ss
but in my memory the diff. would be at least a mill.
fiddling with contact in sensor closer to batt solves the problem only slightly.
