Home Assistant Yellow with CM5 and SSD

I tried to update my Home Assistant Yellow but the update failed. I then attempted to reinstall Home Assistant so I could restore the backup I created before updating, but unfortunately that hasn’t worked either.

I followed the Home Assistant Yellow Getting Started guide to install a fresh instance. After using rpiboot and the Raspberry Pi Imager, I’m still unable to access the interface via the URL http://homeassistant.local:8123. Instead, I keep getting the error: “This site can’t be reached.”

I’m not sure how to proceed from here. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Hello mate, followed the link you've shared and followed the instruction under the Using the serial console for debugging (Windows). Unfortunately device manager is not picking up the home assistant yellow. Changed the usb-c cable and the ethernet cable but nothing

can you try to login using http://IPADDRESS:8123/ if you dont know the address you can take a look in router to seen what ip is given out to haos

and of course do a full reboot of network/system.

@feral scarab @daring pawn Seems to be a problem with my M.2 SSD as i bought another one and currently have it working
