I have recently discovered through an incindent where one of my toddlers opened the door and walked outside that my zigbee devices are not operating correctly. When I went into my Zigbee2 mqtt page to add a chime, I discovered that both battery and powered devices are showing offline. My initial though was that the issue was the controller and so I removed the controller from the usb port which is connect via a short usb cable to reduce interference and rebooted the windows pc, added the usb sonoff zigbee controller and the spun up the VM running in Virtualbox. Everything is running great on all other protocols and systems. When I check my zigbee dashboard only 2 powered devices are online everything else is offline. I have 25 zigbee devices, 12 of them are powered meaning the don't run on battery at all. The 2 that are showing up are located away from the controller, so I have ruled out mesh quality. What could be the issue? All my updates are up to date. my logs are not showing any issues outside of the failed devices. Can anyone help me sort this out I really need to keep my 2 year old from running out of the house. Yes doors do get locked, but his dear older brother (4 years old) will unlock it for him and forget.
