Telegram bot

Since I started using the integration, I can send messages from Telegram to some of my chats but not to others…
And the worst part is that I can no longer send messages from Telegram to my bot… because they don’t reach HA!
I’m reading through the official info, but it’s not clear to me!
Does anyone really understand how the Telegram bot works?
