Okay, I have an issue again. I spent most of today so far on this one little task. Nothing is working
What's supposed to happen is when walking past by it lights either on or off. Sadly nothing.

There are lots of things you can do to troubleshoot
Did you review the trace? Did you review the state of that entity? Did you review the HA log?

What is (not) happening?
You most certainly don't want to toggle the light but turn it on when motion is detected. After some time, or when motion isn't detected anymore you'll want to turn off the lights.
Can you describe what you want to achieve?
