HomeAssistant Compatible Air Conditioning and under floor heating controllers

Hi - I am interested in ideally locally controlled via Zigbee or WiFi air con or under floor heating brands whose integration with HA is "first class" (e.g. doesn't require me to make physical changes to the device or void warranties, etc).

Ideally for Europe/UK, but happy to hear any recommendations.

Also thinking about getting air conditioning that would integrate with HA. Did you find anything out yet?

I'm in the UK and used Fujitsu Air-Cons with their Airstage dongles. The integration means everything runs local. The only downside is that the dongles still broadcast the SSID even once they are connected to WiFi.
