So I have one of these on the way for my new HA green. What I'm wondering is if it will allow me to directly connect to zigbee devices or if it simply allows me to connect to the zigbee hub. I'd like to get some decent temp sensors and window sensors and I'm not sure if they'll work without the hub.

you remove other hubs and connect the devices to the zbt-1. a simple way to explain it (all be it not a perfect explanation) is that is will turn your green into a hub
