Home assistant smart watch

Trough some esphome github i stumbled opun https://www.aliexpress.com/item/1005009516438849.html

A esp watch like device.

I think there is no technical limitation to make this a home assistant smart watch.
With showing hass stuff and an assistant.

Connect home using known wifi connections. (Bluetooth to your phone perhaps) and a wireguard vpn.

And offline (caching) capabilities when offline. Like time and agenda. (Todo list perhaps)

Only question. How good is the battery.
