#IKEA Rodret leaves network after it pairs

I'm using Zigbee2MQTT to pair the button and it gets connected, gets discovered as the Rodret dimmer button and then a few seconds later I get a notification that it's "left the network" and it vanishes.

This happens every time I join it. Any ideas?
