My device became unavailable in Zigbee2MQTT but the entity didn't

One of my devices became unavailable and it shows as "disabled" in Zigbee2MQTT. But in Home Assistant, its entity just shows whatever the last state was, instead of unavailable or unknown.

This is inconvenient. Is this the normal behaviour? How can I fix it?

Oh, never mind, availability as a concept is disabled, I guess. Still, my device is offline, and Home Assistant doesn't seem to know about it
