You can make your own dashboard with that card, that's about the only option.
ok clear, I already had a dashboard with a sankey chart, but it was convenient to have it all groupes in the elec dashboard...
too bad there is no way to change this dashbord content at all ๐
actually, I'd create a "personal" electricy dashbaord, and simply add some stuff missing from the official one. like the per device consumption I am crying for since ages, and eventually a larger sankey chart
Yeah I mean all the cards on the default energy are available, so you can mix-match them however you want.
The only thing I think you can't quite get is date selection in the header, that would have to use a date-selection card instead.
to be honest, it is ALMOST perfect as it is now. I just miss the per device cost (based on the selected time range), a slightly larger sankey chart, and it would be dope. ๐
Yeah per-device cost has been a hot issue for quite a while, but we don't have a good way to support that.
I have a hard time understanding this. I mean, we already do hve a way to put the price per kwh in the settings. So, next to each device, we could make the math ? kwh*price=total amount per device ?
That makes sense if you have exactly one and only power source, but it makes less sense if you have multiple energy tariffs, or solar.
well, I understand this, but lets say you have a nightly and daily tarrif just like I do, the electric counter will define the used tariff anyway. So you basically do know how much your electricity costs are. If you can calculate it for the globality of the house, you can do it for the individual devices ๐
There are many open feature requests / architecture discussion about this if you want to follow/debate it further.
