I did buy the Somfy shades with a control base "Tahoma Switch" and a wireless control switch per room. Initially these switches all controlled only all shades at once. Later the "Tahoma" app learned to let you create shade scenes per button.
There is an up and a down but also a "my" position.
Well, in itself and alone that is ok. But with a system like Home Assistant, I would prefer to get the buttons into the HA system. But neither the Tahoma Switch itself in the app nor its representation in HA shows the buttons. Only the shades are shown.
Dowes anyone know more about that?
Are there also other users that use these switches and do they also find them very uncomfortable as they are sensitive switches that you always activate by accident when you try to tap an your near by light switch?

Is this still relevant? Not sure if I understand what you are trying to achieve, but the Overkiz integration provides the 'My' button as well?

Sort of. Thank you for coming back! I tried everything to make 5 of these original Somfy / Tahoma switches control a certain shutter or group of shutters. Even before ever installing HA I was not able to do that. Some switches control the two shades of the room where the switch is located. Other switches open and close all shutters and the switch in my sleeping room controls one of the two shutters in grandmas room. I cannot pair the switches with anything or make them unpair? But I found two alternatives. I can make Friends of Hue switches to control things outside of Hue and I can use these to control the shutters. And I automated the shutters so nobody currently uses the Tahoma switches.
Just to be clear, I can control any shutter separately and I can use HA to run them to any position I like. But the pretty expensive Tahoma wall switches are completely useless.

ah ok, that is outside of the scope of HA. I don't know how you can change the behavior of your physical Somfy buttons.

Yes, these buttons do not appear as separate buttons outside of the Somfy app. And even there I couldn't figure out how to match shutters and buttons. It has been a while since I tried, may be they fixed it in between?

No clue, but you physically link these buttons. That is not Somfy that is part of the Overkiz integration.

As soon I have some time and the Hue & Friends switches become available again, I will use HA for shutter control and send the Somfy switches up the eBay stream.

Is the Overkiz still in Hacs as when I do a search I cannot find it? I'm new to this and needing really to figure what I fully need and how to get the App to work as the company does not want me to have log in details to use one which is making it very difficult to get them into Ha for me so any help om this would be nice to know. I have not got a Somfy TAHoma Switch yet and just looking into it now!
