Sonoff giving error when trying to flash it | Home Assistant | Page 1

I'm trying to Zigbee router from a Sonoff Zigbee 3.0 USB Dongle Plus (Model "ZBDongle-E" but keep getting error on me doing so.

I'm following this information at https://www.zigbee2mqtt.io/devices/ZBDongle-E.html

but its still not doing it and I'm getting errors, any further help be much apricated

Not sure if its to do with the Secure CRT software or the way I'm putting the ZigBee into pairing mode, with me pressing in the boot button and then attaching it to the USB and then starting the Secure CRT software,

I have also tried both Router and coordinator with no luck at all.

I then tried this method at https://dongle.sonoff.tech/sonoff-dongle-flasher/ which seemed to flash the dongle as a router ok.

I'm not sure now how I will pair this in Home Assistant with the already setup and working coordinator I have been using 2 years
