Cannot open Matter Server web UI page even though the server is running fine

Anyone know why when I try to go to the Matter Server web UI page to check to see if my Matter devices are online, I get this unchanging "Connecting..." message? It does not matter if I go to this page in a browser (or even a different browser I've never logged into before) or the HA app. I'm running HAOS latest version and Matter server 8.1, though the problem started with 8.0.

I can tell the Matter server is running and my devices are active. But I just can't get to this list. I had this happen for the first time a couple of days ago and had to reboot to get it to come back. Just installed all of my updates and it's acting up again. Any help is appreciated.
