Hello. ive got a Z2M network that honestly is working well. but when i look at the LQI of the devices it doesn't make much sense. ive attached what i think is relevant information and a couple things i think are odd below.
im pretty sure ive got the zigbee network on a different channel then surrounding wifi. every room that has lights has an inovelli light switch in that same room to control them and they are reasonably distributed throughout the house and never more then 15' away from each other through 1 wall. ive got a ZBT-1 dongle on a usb extension to HA Green.
- the master bedroom light switch is on the other side of the house. yet has a perfect LQI.
- the office light switch is LOS to the zigbee coordinator bit isnt a fantastic score
- looking at LQI history some values go down without a change in location.
- not captured in this picture but earlier today the "back patio sliding door" sensor had an LQi of 255. but it is way on the other side of the house by the living room and what i would expect to have the weakest link.
- living room fan switch and living room light switch are right next to eachother in the same box but very different LQI values.
please let me know if you want any additional information. id appreciate any recommendations on how to improve the robustness of the network.
