Hey all, I have got a wall panel on a small touch screen 14" monitor, and it's working great but my partner has decided she thinks the calendar is not easy enough to read from, currently we are using the basic calendar from HA, I am wondering if there are any better alternatives? She wants something closer to Google's Calendar (see attached - just the month view of course; not the sidebar) that is clearer, and has more colours to show what each event is.
Currently I am finding it difficult to really customise it (also because I have not dived into customisation), at the moment, the current alternative is to just run a custom web page that interacts with Home Assistant using something I coded instead (for context I am a software developer) - so for me this feels like the quickest solution. Knowing how customisable HA is though, I don't want to take a more complex route though if I don't need to.
So I am here to ask for suggestions;
- Is there a better more google-like calendar that exists? and if so, what.
- If customisation is a better option, can someone suggest where/how to customise the home assistant, to use bars of colour instead or suggestions to make it cleaner/simpler.
I appreciate this is a very open-ended request, but I am struggling to find a quick solution that works nicely, and preferably I would rather keep it within Home Assistant, as it's easier to maintain long-term.
