It doesn't seem possible without manually creating a notification group. If I need to put in a request somewhere or try to do it myself and submit a PR, let me know.
I'd like the ability to have an automatic notification group for all devices owned by a person or have a checkbox list allowing me to select the devices that the person has for notifications to that person.
I know you can already assign devices like my phone and watch to a person, but I'd like to have the ability for a notification group/entity that is generated automatically rather than needing to go into the yaml.
Additionally, if there is a companion device (the watch) in range of its "parent" (for lack of a better term) and HA is aware of this (unsure how at the moment), then it shouldn't receive a notification on its own. This should reduce duplicate notifications.
If I'm away from my phone but wearing my watch, HA is installed on the watch and it has its own data, it should be able to receive those notifications on its own.. example when I'm at the gym.
When the watch and paired phone are in range of one another, only the phone should receive the notification.
