Hi, I'm trying to set my google home to play a wav file when a motion sensor is triggered, but the "pick media" button is no longer there (I had this working a few months ago but reset my hass box), and now I can't get the pick media or URL to work, I'm not sure what to do from here
I tried putting the file manually in /www/ and /media/ but it also didn't seem to work
cloud TTS works though, but I'm trying to specifically just play this audio file

you are using the wrong action
you probably want this one
select a new action, scroll down to Media Player and click on it, after that, select the Play media action
don't search for it by typing Play, that will give you the one you now have

I assumed the media player tab would be the same as what showed up in perform action 🤦♀️
