Howdy, hope this is the right spot for this.
4 Matter Devices (Eufy C34 Door Locks)
HA Yellow - 2025.8.0
Using the onboard Matter (Zigbee is disabled)
No other thread routers (now...)
Samsung Fold 7 is what I'm using to pair. I tried my work iPhone, and that's just as big of a mess.
Home Assistant Yellow, brand new, just got it a couple days ago. Most my experience with Smart Home integrations is with SmartThings when it first came out, and we used sticks and strings to connect everything, so Matter is brand new to me.
Long story short, I had no idea that Google was going to be this big of a POS and a PIA or I would have not gone this route. I have a Nest Hub Max and a Nest Hub v2, which auto created two Thread routers, I literally UNPLUGGED them, and got rid of them so they don't show up anymore in HA or my phone(s). I want my Matter threads going through HA and not touching Google at all (that is, of course, why I spent the money on HA Yellow...).
Anyway, after going through all that hot mess (and btw, clearing the data/cache on Google Play Services is not a good idea, at least on Samsung devices, it NUKES everything), I was able to get two of the four connected, but now, I can't get the last two. They go all the way through the setup and get to the "Adding device to Home Assistant" and then it says, "Something went Wrong" and then it closes.
That's it...
I changed the logs to verbose and here are the matter logs from my attempt:

I'm at a loss at what to do next. I'm taking an older iPhone and wiping it so I can get it to erase the old Google Thread credentials (doing it from the HA app does not work, it says it deletes it, but it won't, and it uses that old network as default).
I'm sure I'm missing some crucial information, so please let me know and I'll get it.
