I woke up to a No subscription detected error message/repair this morning. For reference, my annual account renewed successfully over a month ago. When I click on the repair, it says You do not have a Home Assistant Cloud subscription. Subscribe at https://account.nabucasa.com.
Oddly, under the repair, under Homeassistant Cloud, it says Logged in and connected. When I click on that under Settings, it shows a Nabu Casa account, with my correct email address, but under that it just sits there saying Fetching subscription... A bit further down, it says Cloud connection status: Not connected
When I try to reach https://acount.nabucasa.com from inside my network, I get the login page. I then try to login from there, but receive a red box stating Unable to fetch the subscription. Please try again. Reach out to support if this keeps happening. Additionally, under Manage your plan, it just sits there with a Loading subscription... message. (And yes, I did open a ticket with NabuCasa Support). Under Remote access, it says Your instance is not connected to Home Assistant Cloud and also Remote address: Not available.
I've been a consistent NabuCasa customer for several years now. My credit card is working fine, and the renewal payment went through.
I have not yet updated to 2025.8.
