Does this help? I updated to b1 again and it's for sure messed up. My Skyconnect no longer shows at the top when I update, and the visualizer is empty.

In app, yes. The lights actually won't unless I use the app to control their state. But my switches seem to work while my contact sensors don't.

The contact sensors are Aqara ones, right? If so, that should be fixed in one of the next betas. (We made our packet matching more strict, but it seems like Aqara sensors just send it in the one way, so we loosened it again for Aqara).
And what (Zigbee) lights have new issues?

Ok, so what's the issue with the lights? Like, they work when manually controlling them through HA, but not in automations?

Let me double check but yes I'm pretty sure. They are set to start at previous value if they lose power, so when the switch is turned on they are off. Since they aren't controlled by my automations, I need to power them on via Home Assistant.
I'll change that if it'll let me. 😅

Also, the issues you and others are seeing with the missing/broken visualization seem to be entirely frontend-related, so nothing that should actually impact the ZHA integration itself.
We did change a lot this release, so just wanna make sure we catch everything before release 😄
