I attempted signing up for a free trial on the site, but it did not seem to provide me with a free trial when I used the same information to login on my HA instance. So I decided to delete the account and try again in my iPad app with a new email. It seemed to have made an account just fine, but still says I don’t have a subscription and I don’t seem to have access to the cloud features. I have already attempted doing a reboot of my device (not just HA). If it makes a difference, I used an iCloud email alias generated by using the “Hide my email” feature for both attempts.

If you use a temporary or alias email account, you'll need to reach out directly to support for a trial. You should receive an email for both of these with that same notification
I hadn’t received a notification at the time of posting, but I have now. I just submitted a ticket now. Thank you
I got that ticket and re-created a trial for the account
