Hello all,
I tried to install Home Assistant Core 2025.7.4 yesterday ( from 2025.7 3) on my Home Assistant Yellow.
Unfortunately the installation failed and I have an error message since then:
duplicate_os_installation
Duplicate Home Assistant OS installation
I hope there is another way around than wiping an reinstallation of everything.
Has anybody else the same problem?
