My current firmware on my Sonoff Dongle P is CC1352P2_CC2652P_launchpad_coordinator_20220219.zip. So it's pretty old. Should I update firmware to a newer version even though my network is pretty stable? I have 74 Zigbee devices in Zigbee2MQTT.

Does it work properly? If yes there is no reason to change anything

I think so. I have experienced issues with a few devices but I don't think that was firmware related.

According to Google Gemini newer firmwares have a fix for NWK_TABLE_FULL that may appear when you have a lot of devices. So I might experience that later on... It also says that many users report a more stable network generally in addition to a faster recovery of the zigbee network after a reboot/power outage.

An llm really is no good at figuring wether or not any of this is even affecting you. Besides the risk of stuff breaking after performing changes

Generally speaking, the update of a software is to fix bugs and improve performance. That said, if you fear of something breaking, don't update, but eventually maybe you'll be forced in a future due to HA software changes

And remember, always keep several backups
