I have number of zigbee smart outlets that offer on/off and energy monitoring. It occurred to me that several of them are on continuously used specifically for energy. Anyone have any sense for how these relays work and how long I can expect them to last?

AFAIK the relay will only deteriorate by actually switching it. The number of cycles depends on the model they use.

Generally they last not a lot of cycles at all if you load switch them or cycle them fast
