Looking for a little guidance. I'm trouble shooting some issues with my zwave network. The FAQ suggested the following as a first step. Curious before I order is 2.0 sufficient or does it need 3.0? And is there a recommended distance to try to move the dongle away from the case?
All users are encouraged to use a USB extension cable to prevent such interference.

Sorry, I'll be extending a Zooz ZST39 LR and a SONOFF Zigbee 3.0 USB Dongle Plus V2. Which answers my first question about 2.0 vs. 3.0. Still unsure of how far to move them away from the box though.

it can depend on various things but usually doesnt have to be too far. if you get a 1m cable then you will likely be able to find a good spot
