My API key expired and I uninstalled integration, created new API key on tailscale website.
But when I try to add integration again, it throws: Unknown error occurred
I can't find any logs that I can find to see why it is, any guidance appreciated, thanks in advance.

You should review the HA logs. 
-> System -> Logs to start

that is what I mean when I said I can't find any logs that refers to tailscale, Host, Supervisor... no mention of tailscale
