Cannot find the config.txt file on my RPi 5 running Home Assistant on M.2 SSD. Ive tried SSH and also tried to stick the M.2 in windows. Using Paragon I got 2 partitions (EXT4), neither of them contains the correct config.txt file which i need to edit in order to set up RPi fan control.

That will not work via an addon. At least not directly.

Once on the OS shell try
find / -type f -name "config.txt"

These can be ignored but that is not the OS shell. See links.
Just changing the port of the addon is not what I meant with port 22222 😄
