Hello, i am completely new to home assistant. I have installed Home assistant in a VM with Proxmox. I bought a HA Connect zbt-1 for Thread/Matter and a Sonoff ZBDongle-P for Zigbee2Mqtt. The Zigbee2Mqtt is working like a charm but I can't get thread to run. I already reinstalled the whole VM, reinstalled the Add-ons and checked everything multiple times.

I want to connect my Nanoleaf Essentials Matter Stripes to HA. When i reset them and try to connect them with Matter, I get as far as the configuration. The second time the connection is cancelled immediately until i reset it again.

I deleted Proxmox and installed HA OS directly on the PC. Now the Thread Connection works with the Nanoleaf App itself and i can control the light with the Apple Home App. But when i try to add the app directly to home assistant i still get an error.

Device could not be added. It seems like it can connect to the RGB Stripe but then it can't add it.

From your statement "i can control the light with the Apple Home App" I conclude that you also have an Apple border router running. Do your Apple border router and the ZBT-1 form separate or joint thread networks? You can find out in Settings > Devices > Thread > Gear Symbol. Also there: Which one is the preferred (by HA) network?

No i dont have an Apple Border Router. The Nanoleaf App uses the OpenThreadRouter from HA and connects the RGB Strip to it, then it adds the rgb strip to the home app itself.
