On the web browser on the phone it is working after installing the custom CA in the user store but in the app it is not working

Does nobody have an answer to that? I'm having the same issue right now. Could the HA-App not be intended to support self-signed root CA? Would using my desired URL or an IP address over HTTPS make a difference? In my case, unsly the URL is included in [alt_names]. I could add the IP if it would solve my problem but is this crucial?
