I am trying to figure out what I did to make the navigation bar go to the bottom of my dashboard. This does not look like NavBar card and it only shows up on my desktop, not mobile or even other browsers on my desktop. I am very confused and can't figure this out. I would like the top nav for my desktop and bottom nav using NavBar on mobile. Any suggestions?
Edit: It looks like this is native to Material You installation. Is there a way to turn this off?

It's part of the theme's companion module Material You Utilities. The expressive beta has a toggle to hide the navigation bar / view tabs, but not to completely disable the style changes just for the navigation bar.

is there a way to remove only this portion of the utilities? I like the style of it just not the location. I want to have this back on top and then use navbar for mobile only
