#Remote access is enabled on my server (and works), but on accounts.nabucasa.com it says it is not

I'm trying to set up a custom domain on Home Assistant Cloud. The option is not enabled on accounts.nabucasa.com, it says "You need at least Home Assistant Core 2023.9.0 and an active remote connection before you can set up a custom domain." I have the latest version of HASS Core, and my remote access is enabled.

Can you try rebooting your system (not a restart of HA) using the advanced option in the HA restart menu?

Then check the status at nabucasa.com again
