I don't know will it work or not and I don't want to have multiple network when I buy a new nest

Joining an OTBR with an existing Nest PAN works pretty well. But you will probably have to re-commission all your devices to the (then) new Nest network.
Joining a Nest BR to the OTBR network (i.e. the other way round) is a feature that is only supported as of Thread 1.4 which is only to be seen gradually in Nest products (Nest WiFi is said to support 1.4, Nest Hub some time in 2026). And I don't know if the Home Assistant Thread integration already supports this new 1.4 flow.
