I downloaded an onnx file and put it in place within the piper docker container. I created a voice assistant with that voice and that works great. But I now want to use that voice for all TTS announcements (Since I have some google homes, I can't use the assist.satellite_announce) When I look in the config for the piper add-on, I don't see my downloaded voice there. How do I get it to show up ? Thanks.

assist.satellite_announce uses the voice from the Assist pipeline settings. If the voice is already working, you don't need to do anything else.
The settings in the add-on only affect the tts.speak service when you don't specify a voice. If you need your voice in the add-on, you need to enter the data in voices.json.
