We had a power outage for about an hour today. After power was restored it took about an hour for my modem to re-connect to the internet, but remote access was not restored even after the internet came back online. Settings -> Home Assistant Cloud -> Remote access says "Remote access is being prepared. We will notify you when it's ready." Nabucassa.com -> remote access says "Your instance is not connected to Home Assistant Cloud. Remote address: Not available".
So do I just wait? I'm wondering why this is happening. I think it happened once before and I think it eventually resolved itself, but it's been hours now with no cloud connection and I'd like to understand why.

It's came back now for no apparent reason, after about 6 hours.
I don’t know if this is related, but I had mine just fail to work after going out last night. There was no outage on my side. Opening the remote url threw certificate errors. Eventually it fixed itself.
In a power outage situation it can be a matter of rebooting the HA OS system (not a restart of HA) after the modem and router have restored the network. Does the modem normally take an hour to train after losing power?
