frigate won't start after updating to OS 16.0 on x86_64

Problem: Frigate won't start and load successfully.

I processed the OS 16.0 release https://github.com/home-assistant/operating-system/releases/tag/16.0 and am having problems with Frigate starting successfully after. All other components and containers seem to be working properly.

I thought the install container became corrupted. I removed the package and reinstalled it thinking it would resolve the issue. It has not. The startup loops over and over.

Here's a copy of my add-on log. As noted, this was running without error before the OS update, I'm looking for any help or guidance.

The log I've included is from a fresh install attempt forward.

I reverted back to version 15.2 currently.

This has restored the startup of Frigate and all data is flowing properly. Not sure what changes are implemented between OS 15.2 & 16 - The issue self resolved when I switched back to the other boot slot.

This is the output from Frigate using the same config that generated the errors on version 16.

If you can give me guidance on what to investigate or provide additional detail on resources to review I'd be happy to do more.
