I will develop a full featured PCB fitting in a DIN rail enclosure and release it as OSH (Open Source Harware).
I had like to have your feedback obout your needs or interest. The idea is to be able to develop and test the library arduino-zigbee (or with IDF and VS code).
Working with EVK does not help me.
For the moment I will tailor to my future needs:
16 input buttons
20 output relays (230V AC command to lights)
1-wire bus
AC ATM90E26 or 32 1/3 phase power/egy monitor
i2c bus with RTC, I/O expander GPIO, ADC for pH and Chlorine
Water & gas meter with pulse counting
OLED LCD (debug and usage info)
Input buttons and leds for debuggin
USB-C (debug / UART)
230VAC and 5-24V DC input (+output for usage)
Onboard RGB WD2812 for tests
Onboard wrapping aread in order for anybody to test whatever is required
All free GPIO of ESP32-C6
Using ESP32-C-Zero for easy soldering
Onboard ESP32-C6 QFN with external UFL or correct antenna (no ceramic antenna poor range!)
Can add other ESP with WiFi (ESP32-S3) for those requiring more PSRAM.
I can integrate if I get enough polling request what most user want.
I can produce boards and sell at real cost - no margin nothing.
My objective is to help me and others going forward.
Of course the idea (Jan already answered he could be interested) is open to suggestions.
