Does anyone know of a voice assistant that sounds like Joshua from the movie War Games?

Did a bunch of digging and there does not even seem to be any site out there that has this voice. I think it's possible to build voice models from samples, but I have no idea how to go about that.
There are some sites out there that simulate the voice Stephen Hawking used and it's somewhat close, but while those seem to have the same robotic quality, the cadence is a bit more natural then Joshua's.

The voice was made by the actor who played Falken, John Wood. He said the sentences backwards and then they were chopped up in the editing. It wouldn’t be too hard, you’d think, to recreate this by sampling him from various movies. Not that I know much about such matters. But there ya go, Joshua is Falken and Falken is Joshua.
