I thought I'd give the new Areas Dashboard a go and see what it came up with. By and large it worked well but one problem I have is that for some Areas, the control for the Cover/Blind in that area is not shown. See my first screenshot. It shows Cover controls in the Lounge Room and Master Bedroom which is correct. But it doesn't show the Cover controls for the Office or Sewing Room. There are no smart lights in those rooms so that is why there are no Light controls.
If I click into the Area/Room, I do see the control for the Cover/Blind. See my second screenshot from the Office. So I'm not sure why it appears when I click into the Area/Room but it doesn't show the Cover/Blind control on the main Area Dashboard.
Any ideas?
