#"No subscription detected" and Account Login doesn't work

Hey folks. I've seen that there are a few people has issues with the cloud last week. While it might be related, everything worked fine until I rebooted my HA for the update.

Now, it seems it cannot access the nabu casa systems. It shows an error (under repair) saying that there was "no subscription detected". When I try to login to https://account.nabucasa.com/ it spins forever and eventually fails due to a timeout to https://cognito-idp.us-east-1.amazonaws.com/ 🤔

Anyone seeing the same?

I have an open ticket on this same issue that has not been addressed since Tuesday. sort of expect this for most of HA which I do not pay for, but with a app/system that I do pay for, I expect better support.

I turn on and off remote access after a reboot and that seems to have fixed it.

that's not the same problem as "no subscription detected"

if anyone is also saying "same here" but does not have the exact same error message, please create your own post. A lack of remote connection can be for any number of reasons. Please share the exact reason and do not chime in simply because the end result is the same.

@halcyon girder I had the no subscription detected" error first. Logged into my account and confirmed it had not expired. I restarted and then got the "remote access being prepared" where it stuck. I disabled and re-enabled remote access and all has been well.

I am subscribed via PayPal and cloud account confirms the same.

Subscription should expire/renew on August 11th 2025

Weird... a reboot seems to have fixed the issue.

and from another network? like your phone mobile data?

hmm, works on my phone when I disconnect from the network. But not when I connected back to the wifi. Which is the same network the raspberry pi is on.

restart the network? or any filtering going on there?

Thanks, restarting the network worked. I didnt think to take my phone off the wifi to check that, first. Appreciate it.

At least, it lets me login from my PC again. Still says Remote access is being prepared on my home assistant instnace.

so you can confirm the subscription is good. It does take a few minutes for HA to validate or renew the certificate. give it 5 minutes and refresh the page
