Dashboard doesn't work after connection ethernet cable again

I connected a ethernet cable to my raspberry pi 5 and now the default address (http://homeassistant.local:8123) dosen't work.

Btw it still works on my phone for some reasone

try using its ip address instead of the mdns address

That works but it would be nice to be able to use the default domain or whatever again becuse its eaiser to find

and also its probably changing itself when a ip address is changed

set a static dhcp assignment on your router so it stays the same.
mdns can sometimes be a bit flakey. specially if you have multiple connections to the network.
realistically you should only be using wired connection anyway.

Okey well how do i disconnect wifi then? becuse it still says that i am connected to wifi for some reason

i have never used wifi on my ha server tbh. can you not turn it off in the network settings or something?

you could block the mac address of the device from being allowed to connect to the wifi on the access point side
