I would like to add our whole House fan to home assistant.
This fan is in our attic and is controlled by a high-low switch. It's a three position switch that has low, off, high. This looks to be a common configuration for this type of fan. Often it is paired with a timer switch to automatically turn it off, but ours does not have that.
I am looking for suggestions for hardware I can use to control this type of switch. I would like to still be able to control it from a switch on the wall as well.
Just a note that putting in two relays, one for the high circuit and one for the low circuit is not a good idea. Since there is a possibility of both being turned on at the same time.
