Wrong results of device states

Hi Folks,
I am trying to setup Voice Assistant using Home Assistan Voice PE. Voise assistant is configured to use OpenAI conversation. It looked like it works great, but now i see that it is not reporting correct states of devices. For Example: I can turn on and turn off the lights. But if i ask what is the statet of Office Door? i still got the same answer. Regardless real state. In HA i can se real state open / closed door. It looks like VA is telling me cached state. After restart of Home assisant first answer is right. Then the answers are still the same.
