Statistics graph card doesn't a have color option

Hi there,
the statistics graph card should include the option to change the color of the graph.

Currently the options for entitites in yaml only contain the
-string entity
-optional string name.

Someone could easily fit a color option with hex color codes in there that change the graphs color. Is there an ability to implement this into the next update maybe?
