Supporting Anker/Solix BLE power banks/stations/etc.

Hi folks,

I just got a Solix C1000, and it looks like the existing Solix integration doesn't pull in any useful data because the C1000 doesn't upload any to the cloud.

I've puzzled apart the BLE protocol and have figured out how to get most basic data from it. I'm planning on putting together an integration for it, but first I wanted to ask:

1. Is anyone else working on an Integration for Anker/Solix BLE power stations/banks/etc.?
2. Does anyone else have one of these devices and some time to collect some data using a BLE debugging app like nRF Connect, so I could expand the Integration to cover more devices?
