I currently have a ring wired doorbell and want to swap it out for the reolink wired WiFi (unfortunately not poe) doorbell. I assume it'll be a straight swap? Thanks

Not really. If I recall the model supports to be powered via 12/24? V but it won't be able to use the existing chime

You however should be able to pair an rf module of equal frequency to it instead of the chime and rewire in your existing one

@finite jasper I don't have an exisitng chime anyway. This was all wired previously I only use the chime from ring and alexa which I guess I'd swap to the reolink chime and alexa

In that case it should work

Just verify the voltage set is within range before connecting the reolink
