Hello, I originally had the Alexa Devices integration set up and working great. Through use of a Node Red automation, I had some set responses for Alexa to provide.

However, after waking up this morning I noticed the error shown in the first screenshot, located within the integration page. As such, the Echo Dots were no longer responsive to Speak or Announce notifications.

I removed the integration and attempted to set it up again, only to run into the next error shown in the second screenshot.

For clarity, the integration can sometimes be set up by using the United States region, which then runs into the error from the first screenshot. HThe rest of the time it runs into the second error, along with whenever I set the country to be United Kingdom (which is where I am located, along with where the Amazon account is set to).

Any help would be appreciated!

First, dont' play with countries; you won't solve snything.

About the second error, I bet it's 429 but need a debug log for it

If you are on b4 log is redacted

also you aree using the latest library with some improvements

Funnily enough, trying again I have managed to get past the set up using the correct country, however have now reached screenshot 1 again.

Will logs be relevant at all to this one?

This is the most hit, will need to investigate further even if I can pass it 95% of the time here

Would the logs be in one of these, apologies but I ain't the wisest when it comes to debugging, as I'm rather new to this?

Seems your hunch was right.

Is this something I'd have to correct within my configuration, or is it something you're already looking into, given you had guessed what it would be?

No worries, not in any rush, just wished to ensure I hadn't made a fault somewhere.

Hi @distant lagoon re GitHub Issue #147519 (429 issues) I. Can access the underlying HAOS system so if you do need someone else to test I can probably try, not sure what patching the library involves but I’m a Linux user so it shouldn’t hopefully be above my level
