Robot Vacuum Cleaner Options

I am looking for a robot vacuum cleaner

Looking for features:

• Can work on both hard floor and carpet, and can transition between them
• Can mop the hard floor and retract the mops when on carpet
• If smart I want local HA integration
• Supports fencing so I can stop it from going into bathroom
• Can work when internet is down

Most of the dirt it's going to be facing is going to be dust and cat fur

Want to avoid:

• Chinese Brands
• Requires subscription
• Requires always on internet

I am going to be buying in Taiwan so some brands / models might not be available, I will tell if you do recommend one

@slow plover (sorry in advance for the ping) Can I ask what you ended up going with? I've got a pair of Dreame L10s Ultras and the suction motor just died in one of them. This is the 3rd time it's happened with a Dreame vacuum (with Valetudo) and I'm trying to find alternatives.
